1. General Information
The use of this website and the services provided by DANDELION VILLAS is subject to the present Booking Terms and Conditions, which apply to all online bookings. By booking a property or any other services provided by DANDELION VILLAS (dandelionvillas.com) (“The Company”), for the rental of a property (the “Property”) means that you have agreed and accepted the Booking Terms and Conditions of DANDELION VILLAS. For the purposes of the agreement, “you” means, collectively, the person signing this agreement and each of the other guests booked to stay at the Property during the rental period. The Company is an agent to the owner and/or the property management company of the Property (the “Owner”)

2. Booking Procedures
Upon completion of the relevant fields through our booking form on our website, as well as for bookings made through our call-centre, you give explicit mandate to the Company to proceed with the booking. After made a booking, you shall receive confirmation of your booking and purchasing by e-mail. You are obliged to verify the accuracy of the confirmation data and immediately inform the Company for any discrepancies or errors in the original registered reservation. In case of late reporting to of any errors and discrepancies, the Company bears no responsibility and you are not entitled to back out of the contract.

3. Payment
We have 2 payment methods with Credit Card or via bank transfer(need to be approved first before booking confirmation). If you select to pay with bank transfer the Company must receive payment of 30% deposit within 3 days of the Booking request. Any late payments will be accepted only at the discretion of the Company and the Owner and may result in the cancellation of this agreement. Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival.

Before payment, the Company is not obliged to transfer any travel documents to you. The Company may ask you to submit any evidence regarding your address, a copy of your  bank deposit voucher, before confirm your reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking you must provide the Company with written notice of your cancellation. Cancellation between confirmation of booking to 4 weeks before arrival date are Non-Refundable and you will charge with 100% of deposit fee. Cancellations received 4 weeks or less prior to your arrival are Non-Refundable. Special offer rates require full payment upon confirmation and are non-refundable.

5. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover for you and your party. This will not only provide cover for you while you are away but will also provide cancellation cover should you, for whatever reason, be forced to cancel your trip. As explained in our cancellation policy, should you cancel your booking 4 weeks prior arrival you will remain liable for the full cost of the holiday.

6. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all damages, injuries and losses in connection with the occupancy or use of the Property by you or your guests. You must ensure that the Property and all furniture, fixtures and effects remain in the same condition and location as when you checked-in.

7. Use of Property
You cannot carry out any illegal activity at the Property or any activity that could be reasonably considered a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner or the occupants of neigh-boring land. Unless otherwise authorised by the Owner or the Company, you may not bring any animals to the Property. The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified in this agreement or on the Company’s website. If the Property offers or has more rooms than you have rented, you agree that the Owner will have the right, at the Owner’s discretion, to decide which of the Property’s rooms will be made available to you and which will remain unused. Parties, weddings, receptions and other such functions, which draw additional neighborhood traffic are not permitted. Any exception will require advance written permission, proof of insurance, and other requirements and fees as deemed necessary. No additional people beyond the maximum occupancy of the Property are allowed on the Property at any one time, unless disclosed to and agreed upon by Property Manager in writing.

8. Use of website
For use of the website you must be over the age of 18 and undertake the liability for any use of this website by minors on your behalf. You are obliged to use the website according to the law and complying with our general terms and conditions. Any use of the application for misleading purposes or profit, or purposes that could cause any damage to the provision of services is prohibited. Any non-legitimate action in the use of this website shall result in your exclusion from accessing the services provided.

9. Roles of the Company
The Company is an agent of the Owner and neither the Company nor any of its affiliated entities, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives (“Affiliates”) is liable for any delays, accidents, damages, injuries or losses suffered by you, your guests or the Property. The Company and its Affiliates are not responsible or liable in any way for managing or maintaining the Property or for the actions or faults of the Owner or any other third party involved in the rental of the Property (including any provider of additional guest services or activities organised for you). In no event will the Company or its Affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or the rental or use of the Property. If, despite the limitations contained herein, the Company or its Affiliates are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described herein, then the Company’s or its Affiliates’ liabilities will in no event exceed the greater of one hundred Euros or the total related rental revenue paid by you at the time of the occurrence. Furthermore, you acknowledge that any use of pool, hot tub and/or beach are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all other non swimmers should be supervised at all times.

10. Personal Concierge
Following your booking, the Company may offer to help coordinate or organize certain guest services for you in connection with your property rental. You are under no obligation to book any of these additional guest services. The service providers are independent contractors and are not agents, representatives or employees of the Company. The Company and its Affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such service provider or for any personal injuries, property damage or other damages or expenses relating there to.

11. Travel Papers
The Company offers travel products and services in a number of destinations and you are responsible to determine what, if any, documentation (including passports and visas) are required to travel to a particular destination. By offering travel products and services in particular destinations, the Company does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable or without risk and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations. Moreover, the Company is not responsible for weather or seasonal conditions, which may affect your use of the Property and surrounding areas, including, but not limited to, beaches and roads. The Company and/or its Affiliates cannot be held responsible for limited signal strength, absence and/or interruption in telecommunication services including, but not limited to, internet, phone, cable and satellite reception. We urge you to consult with governmental travel reports, including alerts, warnings and advisories, before entering into this agreement.

12. Force Majeure
The Company (including its Affiliates) nor the Owner will be liable for any damages, losses or injuries caused by conditions outside of that person’s control, including, without limitation, any fire, flood, hurricane, tsunami, war, revolution, terrorism or change to any law, regulation or government policy.

13. Problems with the Property
You should immediately notify the Company or the on-site property manager of any problems relating to the Property. The Company will reasonably endeavour to fix the problems but will not consider complaints filed after you have left the Property.

14. General Terms
This agreement can be terminated by the Company immediately following any breach of the terms by you. Any change or amendment to this agreement, including, without limitation, an increase or decrease in the number of guests or an increase, decrease or other change to the rental period, must be made in conformity with the provisions of this agreement and, in all cases, is subject to the prior written approval of the Company, which approval may be withheld at its sole discretion. This agreement will be governed under the laws of GREECE and any disputes must be referred to a GREEK court. You cannot transfer or assign this agreement or any part thereof.

15. Cancellation or Alteration by Us
Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.

16. Number of Guests
Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may use the property. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum number indicated in the booking form. Should the key holder find more persons than those stated, he will be entitled to ask the clients to vacate the property.

17. Check-in and Check-out time
Check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:00. Check-out time is 11am. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while traveling, clients should contact us at the earliest. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts unless confirmed by us in advance.

18. Complaints
We have visited and checked each property. The descriptions displayed on our websites are accurate and made in good faith. However, we decline all responsibility for any modifications made by the owners without our knowledge. We also do not accept any responsibility for the shortage of water supply, gas or electricity, nor for the breakdown of the swimming pool filtration system. We will do our very best to assist you and solve these problems as soon as possible. If you have any problem during your stay, you should contact company manager immediately. It is impossible for us to help you to claim compensation from the owner if you do not contact us during your stay. Complaints lodged only at the end of the holiday period will not be taken into consideration. Clients who decide to leave the property earlier without our knowledge lose all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

19. Behaviour and Damages to the Property
The client signing the booking form is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or members of your party may cause to the property or its contents. You are required to report any damages to the property manager or to us and to bear the cost of repair or replacement. Should you or any member of your party behave unrespectfully towards the property and its contents, the property manager has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately.

20. Entertaining at the Property
Entertainment parties and functions involving a large amount of invitees are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by the property manager in advance and notified to us. Should you make an unauthorized use of the property in such a way, the property manager has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately.

21. Guest Injury at the Property
Neither the owner of the property nor the Company can be held responsible for any accident or injuries occurred to all guests during their stay at the property under any circumstances.

24. Pets
Pets are generally not accepted in our properties. If you want to bring one with you, please check with us first to have authorization from the owner. If accepted, you will be asked for an additional security deposit.

25. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool, when available, will be kept clean and operational by the property staff.

26. Cleaning & Maid Service
The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period, before your arrival. However, guests should leave the property clean and in order at the time of their departure.

27. Water & Electricity
Please note that some of our properties are located on small islands with severe problems of drought. Therefore, water is a commodity to be used sparingly during the summer months. If you experience a shortage of water, we will do everything we can in time to reestablish its supply. Electricity can also be disrupted, normally for a short period of time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience created by events beyond our control.

28. Valuables
Valuables left at the property are at the clients risks. Neither the Company nor the owner (and the property staff) can be held responsible for their loss or misplacement.

29. Law – Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute concerning the terms and conditions, the parties agree that any such disputes shall be settled by International arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.
